Firstly, thank you for the generous upgrade. We stayed in room 12 and 14 and both are truly spectacular. Our experience from the minute we arrived until we left was exceptional. Your staff compliment are all extremely friendly and very professional. We were thoroughly spoilt. I travel quite extensively and I cannot recall ever receiving such an all round experience. Shaheed went as far as arranging a candle on a blue berry muffin on Sunday morning while we were enjoying breakfast.
I will certainly spread the word and hopefully we can assist by sending numerous guests to Franschhoek Country House and Villas.
