  • Standard Rooms: R5,975.00 per room, including full breakfast
  • Luxury Rooms: R8,085.00 per room, including full breakfast
  • Garden Cottage: R8,085.00 per room, including full breakfast
  • Villas: R11,360.00 per room, including full breakfast

 

Half Day Conference Package - R580 per person 

  • 08:00 am to 13:00 pm 
  • Includes use of standard conference equipment and stationery 
  • Refreshments: arrival coffee & tea, 1x tea & coffee with mid-morning snack, mineral water & mints 

 

Full Day Conference Package - R650 per person 

  • 08:00 am to 17:00 pm 
  • Includes use of standard conference equipment and stationery 
  • Refreshments: arrival coffee & tea, 2x tea & coffee breaks with snacks, mineral water & mints
  • Lunch: two-course menu with choices, served outside or on the enclosed veranda 

 

Dinner Rate - R610 per person 

  • Four-course menu with choices
  • Served in the Main Restaurant (Monneaux) or in the underground cellar (weather permitting)

Terms and Conditions

  • Valid from May 2025 – Sept 2025 
  • This quote excludes all beverages not specified above, sundries, secretarial services, 12% service charge on meals & drinks. 
  • The quote provided is based on the programme at the time of inquiry - should your programme change; it could result in a change in tariff.  
  • A 50% deposit is due on the full booking upon confirmation of reservation and balance 1 month prior to arrival. Payment of any outstanding balance and extras strictly on departure.  
  • Should the conference be cancelled in less than 4 weeks, a 50% fee will apply on full booking. If cancelled in less than 2 weeks a 100% fee applies.  
  • Cancellation fees apply irrespective of whether deposits are paid.
